Membership Levels & Benefits for Businesses             

Buffalo First provides a number of benefits for local independent businesses:

·        Notices about our montly "local, green and fair" events & seminars.

·        New FREE localization consulting (upon request).

·        Access to and announcements in our monthly e-newsletter.

·        Your business name listed on official Buffalo First correspondence.

·        Participation in Buy Local Weeks, the Buy Buffalo Bash and other promotions to encourage residents to "Think Local First". 

·        A free "Think Local First" point-of-purchase retail kit for your customers. 

·        Your business listed in our sought-after print Directory of local, green and fair businesses, which is in circulation throughout Buffalo year-round.

·        Your business listed in our local and BALLE’s national Online Marketplace (Directory) which includes your own web page complete with a picutre of your business or business logo, a 600 character description, geo-mapping and a link to your website. 

·        Membership in the North American Business Alliance for Local Living Economies, which hosts an annual conference and provides Buffalo First with cutting-edge support to help build a local, green and fair economy.

·        Free access to BALLE's monthly newsletter (upon request).

• Sapling $250
• Tree $500
• Forest $2000
• Old Growth $5000

 $50 Seed Members will recieve:

     ·  A listing on the Buffalo First website and directory

     ·  The Buffalo First retail kit (see below). 

                Retail Kit:

$250 Sapling Members will receive:

·    Benefits of the Seed Membership plus:

·    A Buffalo First t-shirt as a "thank you" gift.

·    A one-eighth page ad in the Buffalo First directory  

·    You will be noted as a mid-level sponsor on the Buffalo First website, promotional and press materials. 

$500 Tree Members will receive:

·    Benefits of a Sapling Membership plus: 

·    Two Buffalo First t-shirts as a "thank you" gift.   

·    A one-fourth page ad in the Buffalo First directory.

Higher Level: Forest and Old Growth Members:

Forest and Old Growth members enjoy an esteemed place in the Buffalo First community.  The donations you contribute will significantly help us educate individuals, organizations and businesses.  The bulk of your donation will help Buffalo First ensure that everyone can participate in a local, green and fair economy in Buffalo.  

      $2000 Forest Members will receive:

·   You will receive one full color page of space in the Buffalo First directory, where we encourage you to describe how you are working to support a local, green and fair economy.

  ·  Prime space noting you as a top sponsor on the Buffalo First  homepage, promotional and press materials.

$5000 Old Growth Members will receive:

·    All of the benefits of the Forest membership plus:
