Located in a beautifully restored century house in Allentown, Betty’s has quickly become a hot spot for breakfast, brunch and dinner. Founders Carroll Simon and Doty Hall designed the restaurant with a strong sense of community in mind; they achieve this best though their menu—regional cuisine with an ethnic flair. Betty’s sources local foods from Spars Sausages, Bagel Jays, Luigi’s Bakery, Flying Bison Brewery and the Buffalo Coffee Roastery; its vibrant walls feature the works of local artists.
